HOW IT WORKS?
Coaching is offered in focused sessions, adapted to your role and the nature of the project.
We meet online via Zoom, or in-person where location allows.
For Individuals
6 x 1:1 sessions (one hour each, fortnightly)
— focused on leadership, clarity, and decision-making
For Leadership Teams or Partnerships
Up to 12 x sessions combining 1:1 and small-group work
— tailored to support alignment, communication, and forward motion
We’ll shape the structure together, based on where the friction is and what support will be most effective.

Coaching for developers and commercial clients starts at £960 for a six-session series.
Each programme is tailored to the scope and scale of your project, supporting clear decision-making, collaboration, and effective leadership. Sessions are available online or in person for teams.
